The 164th Infantry Remembrance Association shall operate exclusively for purposes set forth in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No part of its net earnings may inure to the benefit of members, directors, officers, or private persons (except reasonable compensation for services rendered). The Association shall not engage in political campaigning and only insubstantial lobbying.
